Basement for Rent - Highlandtown (furnished)

Looking to rent out my walk out basement, with optional furnishings including queen mattress, dresser, and desk. Just a short walk to Patterson Park. Close by to Johns Hopkins, easy access to I95 for getting into or out of town. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and things to do within a quick walk or bike ride, very accessible to Fells Point and Canton.

The basement itself has a spacious main area that could be a craft/project space just as much as a den or whatever you could imagine it to be. There is a separate private bedroom and full bath on the level as well. There's also a door at the top of the steps going up to shared kitchen and living room spaces. The only thing I ask is to be able to get to the washer and dryer in the unfinished part of the basement on occasional weekends.

While I am looking for someone pet free I could probably make some exception for smaller animals such as fish or reptiles. Couples welcome to apply, but for added utility costs, asking extra $200 per month.
