Large, unfurnished in-law style space available now! Newly renovated house steps from Patterson Park (100 block S. Ellwood Ave). Very large room with a private bathroom w/ tub/shower combo, mini-fridge, microwave, mini oven, dining area, and a separate external entrance out to garden with sitting area and grill, and locking fence access out to street. Last roommate was able to fit a full size couch, dresser, bed, large desk, etc. Completely private, roommate only enters downstairs area to use laundry on average once per week. Apartments with garage parking across the street and same block as Patterson Park, so parking is easy in the area. Walking distance to Fells Point, Canton Square, grocery stores, Target, and all the shops at Canton Crossing. Close to JHU Medical main campus and Bayview. Friendly black lab and cat in home, but they don’t enter the floor with the apartment.

Preference given to mid to late-20’s or older professional roommates who are relatively low-key during the work week and do not work primarily from home. Must pass credit/bg check. Pets considered on case by case basis. Must be vaccinated, absolutely no smokers.
