Nice Cute Room - Only 1 Roommate!

How would you like to live in a quieter, chill place with only one other roommate who hardly ever has company? This room is for a single person vs. a couple especially if you look at the pictures of the room. The ideal bed is a twin or twin XL, you could do a full but anything larger would squash your space.

Even though this is a smaller room you would have a great landlord and a peaceful setting. As far as a pet/dog we would need to see if your dog got along with his cats :)...This is on the 400 N. Rose street block in Baltimore near Johns Hopkins Hospital. Let me know if you have any questions!

The kitchen contains everything you need including the washer and dryer. Very nice and plenty of cabinets as you can see from the pictures. The kitchen serves as a central location for everything. That is nice and convenient. Johns Hopkins hospital is just down the street about 1 miles away!
Smoking is available outside on a covered porch outback.
Again, you would have an solid landlord who cares about his peeps in a well run house.
$625 gives you everything including Wifi and I also ask for security deposit of $625 but depending on the situation I may be able to split that!
