Room for rent in the heart of Little Italy

Hello all, looking to sublet my room starting at the beginning of December. You will have two roommates, both are female and working professionals (should note - we are looking for female identifying to move in only) and are very friendly and quiet roommates. This apartment is located in the heart of Little Italy. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the harbor with a Whole Foods and CVS within a 5 minute walk, it’s also a short 15 minute bus ride on the Orange or Blue line to the Aldi grocery store nearby. The shot tower metro stop is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the apartment is also nearby several bus lines including the Lime, Navy, Brown, 65, Orange (along with the free Orange Circulator), Blue along with two free water taxi stops nearby leading you across the harbor. For those who own a car, there is one free parking spot located in the garage on the bottom floor near our mail room. There is also plenty of free street parking on adjacent streets. To gain access to the front door, a code is needed and I’ve never had issues with any packages being stolen. The apartment is on the third floor and is a walk up (no elevator) but it’s not a ton of stairs. The area itself is peaceful, there’s plenty of shops and cafes within Little Italy and surrounding areas; the boardwalk is lovely to walk around at night around the harbor and fells point is just a 15 minute walk away also with plenty of bars and touristy shops and cafes.

This is the smallest room in the apartment, however the rent is only $550 per month which is paid directly to the landlord via turbo tenant in addition to a $30 flat fee for water. BGE and wifi are currently under my name (wifi is $23 per person and BGE varies per month), however upon my moving out these bills will have to be transferred to another tenant which I am more than happy to assist with that transfer. You will have to apply to move in which is a process facilitated by my landlord, but he is very quick to review applications. The security deposit for the room is $525 and would be sent directly to me.

Current lease ends 30th April 2026 but comes with the option to renew. Room is mostly unfurnished but I will be leaving behind the one dresser and the black clothing rack.

Breakdown of costs to move in:
Security deposit: $525 (directly to me)
Rent: $550 (first month would be prorated if moving in past the 1st of the month and is sent to landlord via turbo tenant)
Water: $30 (I believe this also would be pro-rated depending on move-in date, also to landlord via turbo tenant)
