House share in Little Italy - unique deal

It’s an awesome location downtown that has easy walking to everything. The house is 3 floors plus basement (storage) and it’s on the big side for a Baltimore row home. There’s 4 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms and 2 offices, or whatever you want (though that does affect the price). The rooms may be 8x12 or 12x12. There’s two full baths, both shared. There are two main common rooms downstairs, which are furnished but we could make room for your stuff.

Right now it’s 3 guys and a girl - a programmer, a regional business manager, and two doctors (one of whom is leaving). Personally, I’m often at the gym, or mountain biking, or visiting family/friends, etc. I watch a lot of scifi tv/movies, sometimes a bit of F1, and I’m interested in science and engineering.

I’d like roommates that I can hang out with, talk to and generally enjoy being with. That’s also important in having a smooth roommate relationship, because it makes it easier to understand each others’ preferences, background, way of thinking, etc and that really has an impact on living together. It doesn’t mean we have to be the same on everything, but we have to be able to have a discussion that gets to a result that everyone can understand and respect.
