Hey there! Currently looking to fill a room in my 2 bed 2.5 bath Highlandtown home. 5 minutes from Patterson park, a quick walk to Fells/Canton, and plenty of public transportation access.
Available room has private en suite bathroom, large closet and good light. It’s a fairly recent renovation with a decent kitchen and in site laundry.
I work in nightlife so my depending on your schedule, we may generally be ships passing in the night- or night owls together! Large record collection, three cats, have owned this place for about a decade so generally maintained and furnished as far as common areas so if you’re new to town you won’t have much shopping to do. Hoping for a potential November move in date-900+utilities (some wiggle room here but not much).
