The house is completely furnished for your convenience, down to even pots, pans and silverware. There is also an outside area to relax in and BBQ your next Spring dinner.

Housemates are looking for respectful, kind students and young professionals who are free of any drugs, smoking, drinking and who don't invite overnight guests.

All utilities, high speed Internet and WEEKLY MAID SERVICE ARE INCLUDED in your monthly rent. Very much a home environment but tenants are mature and understand personal space and privacy.
