I’m helping my mother find two roommates for her three-bedroom home in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood. She is ideally looking for women over 40 who are respectful, clean, and enjoy a peaceful home environment.

About the home: The first floor is bright and welcoming with a cozy living room and a dining area great for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everyday cooking essentials.

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with closets and hangers. One of these rooms also includes a desk. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, and a large smart TV. Furniture is included, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

The home has new central air and heating, which cools and warms the house quickly and efficiently.

Outdoor space: Both the front and backyard offer patio areas for relaxing. The backyard is fully fenced for added privacy.

Location: The home is in a safe neighborhood about 17 minutes from downtown Baltimore and under 10 minutes from Towson University. Belvedere Square Market and The Senator Theatre are just a few blocks away. There are many restaurants and shops within a short drive.

Parking: Free street parking is available on the block and nearby streets.

Utilities: Utilities are included.
