Looking for one more roommate to join our house of three! We’re all guys in our early to mid-20s—mostly in the restaurant industry and creative fields—who like to cook, hang out, and keep things relaxed and respectful. Ideally another guy, but we’re open-minded—just looking for someone who’s a good fit.

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a den, spread across four levels with hardwood floors and modern finishes throughout.

Who We Are

We’re a laid-back, clean, and respectful group of guys who enjoy a balance of fun and downtime. You’ll usually find us cooking, relaxing, watching games, or hosting small gatherings with friends. No drama, just good energy and good vibes.

We are three guys in this household as well, currently, who are not necessarily picky about who joins us, but we would like to let you know.

What We’re Looking For

Someone responsible, friendly, and easygoing who can fit into a shared space and communicate well. We like keeping the house comfortable, social, and cared for.

Rent: $850–$900/month (depending on room)

Utilities: Split by room (This is agreed on, joining us we are reasonable with this, but will not change this after agreeing)

Parking: Free driveway and street parking

Move-in: Flexible

This is a property-managed rental (Sungate Management) — all tenants must complete the short application and approval process (a fee applies). They’re quick with maintenance and super responsive.
