17 ft x 12 ft furnished room available in Hamilton area in NE Baltimore. Includes utilities, WI Fi, laundry privileges and kitchen to be shared with one (1) other person. Prefer non-smokers, no pets. Room has three (3) large windows with a Southern Exposure. The live in owner (me) is a karate instructor and has a dojo 6 minutes from the residence. I will offer karate instruction at no charge if you are interested. Prefer to receive a phone call and I do answer my phone if I am not teaching a class and will call back if that is the case. Oh yeah, we have a house cat who is really in charge around here. What I expect from a tenant is that they have a job or be a student - in other words someone who is not going to lay around the house 24/7. I expect you to be respectful of other people's privacy which includes not being loud.
