You will be sharing the house with a young couple and their year old son. The family will reside upstairs on the top level. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of space, responsible, and consistent. We do require an application; however, we will accept tenants regardless of rental history or credit score. Application is required $+ $ security deposit.
