Hey everyone! I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Redwood in downtown Baltimore, and I'm looking for a roommate to share this with for a 12-month lease.

Bedroom with Personal Bathroom: You will get your own bedroom and private bathroom. The bedrooms also come with their own dedicated closets.
In-Unit Laundry: Includes a full-size washer and dryer (W/D) right in the apartment. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Comes with a dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of counter space.

Commute: Walking distance to the UMB Graduate Buildings (ideal for UMSOD, school of medicine, pharmacy, law, etc.).
Neighborhood: Right in the middle of downtown Baltimore, close to transit and city life.

---Ideal Roommate---
Preference: I am a UMSOD dental student myself so would prefer a graduate student or a young professional who is responsible, clean, and friendly.
