Inner Harbor/Downtown Private 1 Bed/Private Bath

Quiet professional seeks roommates to share expenses in a furnished apartment. I generally keep to myself. I am a mix of introverted and extroverted. I generally stay in my own space and might venture out to the shared area occasionally, but mostly try to stay out of everyone’s way. I use the kitchen for meal prep once or twice a week. I enjoy living and working downtown near the inner harbor. I have a five minute walk to work and everything else is close by. The area is safe and well policed. I am open to roommates of all genders and ages as long as you are generally mellow, not loud and share space well. I can provide references if needed. Recently moved to the area to return to the office and have more space than I need.

This private room is one of three beds, each with their own private bath. It comes with a large private bath, two closets, desk area, queen bed, generous window lighting and 10 foot ceilings. Shared living room space is very large with plenty of seating. Includes yoga/workout area (dining area on map) and generous storage. Washer and dryer in unit. Three blocks/five minute walk from the inner harbor. Parking available in building for additional fee through management company. Can provide references from past roommates if preferred. All residents will need to be added to the lease. Utilities to be shared. One month’s rent deposit.
