One bedroom is available right at the heart of Charles Village in an amazing location in front of John Hopkins University for a monthly rent of $680 (negotiable).
The place is beautifully sunlit, very safe (constant patrolling by JHU guards) and is accessible to almost everything due to huge number of shops right behind the apartment on the saint paul street.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and has two bedrooms and one converted bedroom with a common bathroom. We are currently looking for occupancy in the converted bedroom but we are open to talking if you are interested in any other room.
The apartment building has laundry service in the basement. Utilities included in the rent is heat and water. Utilities not included is electricity and wifi. The apartment also has centralised cooling system and personal heaters in every corner of the house.
About Us
We are two girls looking for our third roomate preferably female but again open to other options as well. One of us is a student at Johns Hopkins and another works here in a startup.
