I'm a live-in owner/landlord with a large furnished BR available in my house (max lease term of 6 months). You can find me on LinkedIn (Matthew Roos in Denver, currently splitting time with Baltimore). The house is close to Patterson Park, Fells Point, Canton, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. For those with a Hopkins affiliation, the shuttle stop is just one block away. The house includes a rooftop deck, backyard, and backyard deck. The bedroom has an attached private bathroom and an additional BR is being used as an office (two small desks), which are are welcome to use as well. Street parking is prevalent and does not require a permit.

Enjoy hardwood floors (except for the carpeted bedroom), a recently remodeled kitchen, and a large, unfinished basement for storage or hobby activities. The third floor also has a kitchenette adjacent to the rooftop deck.

In addition to being less than one mile from Fells Point, this quiet, family-oriented neighborhood has several small restaurants, bars, and a brewery within a few blocks.
