Recently closed on a 3br/2ba 1800sqft home in Broadway East. I’ll be moving up and am looking for roommates!

There are 2 sizeable (12x15 rooms) available on the top floor, with a shared full bath. Both rooms will come identically furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and a rug! You’re good to decorate the walls, or bring any furnishings you’d like! Very quiet block and open street with ample street parking.

Rent would be $700 to include all utilities! I haven’t moved in yet and am far from picky, so you can really have your pick of the by way of rooms!

I’ll also have a smaller room (7x11) available with a full bed and dresser for $575. Also plan to finish the basement as a “Flat”, establishing a room and a Mini fridge / electric cookware station. (I’ll likely live down here, but I’d rent this for $900 if you’re interested)
