Nice Room - Quiet Considerate Roommates!

Hi, the price listed is ALL INCLUDED for a single person in their own room with shared common space! Unfortunately, I can’t do a couple. You will get heat & central a/c, good Wifi, furnished or unfurnished, plenty of cabinets and fridge space, with well vetted or checked out roommates so that you can feel comfortable with who you are staying with!

This is a quite nice 4 bedroom house. Your bedroom really nice size space that is 10x16 with 3 windows (see pics) Shower and bathing is shared in the upstairs bathroom.
This house has a really cute kitchen, dining room, and finished basement. This place is available March 1st, 2026!

If you are looking for an excellent landlord, who understands that you’re the customer :-) , a quiet place, that is clean and well run then you’ve come to the right place!

This is not a place for lots of company, minimal sleepovers, not really doing the boyfriend/girlfriend sleepover thing to any degree, no loud TV, no loud phone calls, big radio, etc.

We are doing everything we can to make this home your refuge where you can rest in peace after a long day’s work as needed :)

This is in a good neighborhood as I have been doing this for 15 years and have never had a problem here. You will have an excellent conscientious private landlord! Me :). I make a modest living by personally owning and managing 6 properties that I work hard to provide good customer service and often my tenants become friends, which we both like!
This place has a washer and dryer in the basement.
