About the Room & House:
Cozy back room in a classic Baltimore rowhouse. It has hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, two sunny windows, and a closet. The house has a front porch, a small backyard (needs help!), and plenty of shared space. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all the basics - pots, pans, dishes, and utensils included. There’s a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and a washer and dryer in the basement, tv and couch in the living room. Kitchen, living room, and front room on the main floor.

About the Area:
The area is great - Safeway is just like a 2-minute walk away, right next to Koco’s Pub. There are plenty of other restaurants and local businesses within walking distance, plus Lake Montebello and Herring Run Park are super close.

About Us:
Hi! I’m Noble, and I live here with my French Bulldog, Penelope, and my roommate Gabi, who I’ve known forever (our mom’s are best friends). Gabi has a pet snake named Jimmy. We’re both easygoing, and stay pretty busy with work and life. I work from home, so I’m around most of the time. The house stays fairly quiet. We like to keep things chill, though we’re sometimes up late watching movies or having a friend over, but nothing too wild. We’re open to students or professionals, just looking for someone respectful and easy to live with. Must be pet friendly!
