We are looking for a new roommate for our house in Charles Village (less than a 5 minute walk from the Hopkins campus) starting in May (although we are open to later! This is a spacious 1100-ft third floor apartment with 2 baths. Rent would be between 950 and 1050 a month depending on which room the new tenant would like to take. My roommate Logan and I are in our late-20s, love to cook, keep and shape and are very friendly! I am a PhD student graduating in May 2027. The unit is available starting May 1.
