All utilities included. Renter must bring trash up to garage/recycle cans weekly. Replace light bulbs on their own as needed. Room has two large connecting closets. Plus a smaller closet in the bathroom. Text or email any questions call to schedule a tour. References preferred not required. Background and soft credit check will be run if application submitted. The space available is more of an in-law suite.
