Private Room for rent with shared bathroom in Odenton, MD. 20 mins from Annapolis, 10 mins from Fort Meade, and 30 from Baltimore.

I rent out two rooms in my home at a time so you would live with myself and 1 other roommate, and I leave one room available for guests.

- Rent is $1100 for 1 year planned stay and includes all utilities and off street parking. Shorter term rentals are considered at a higher monthly rent.
- $850 deposit
- Pets welcome on a case by case basis with additional refundable deposit. Puppies less than a year old are not considered. All pets must be friendly with other dogs.
- Room can come furnished as shown or not.

Application process includes
- pre-screening survey (no credit pull)
- Tour the space and chat to see if we are all compatible as roomies
- Formal background check and application that includes verifying income, credit score, back ground and eviction records with $35 application fee.
- Lease signing

I’m a 37 year old woman working fully remote in market. I enjoy gardening and home diy projects. I’m very active in my running club and like to have friends over for get togethers on occasion like hosting pool parties. I have a dog who is a 9 year old border collie mix who gets along great with most other animals and has a very chill demeanor.
