Roommate Needed Laurel

The room is roughly 13'x13' with large windows on one side. A spacious walking closet and a connected bathroom (common bathroom). The apartment complex is brand new, being completed last year, and is near a nature reserve with great hiking trails. It's also conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a shopping center. There are many amenities available at the apartment complex (i. e., pool, pet spa, gym). Residents have an open parking pass with a single guest pass (there is overflow guest parking as well). At the time of the move in there will be no roommates other than myself. My hobbies are board games, video games, hiking, and reading.
