Looking for 2 Roommates!

Looking for 2 roommates interested in renting a spacious, modern townhouse together in the Glen Burnie area. I found a great 4-level end-unit townhouse in the Tanyard Cove community with 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, a loft, a 2-car garage, and plenty of living space.

The home has a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer, a fireplace, and a large deck that's perfect for relaxing or entertaining. At over 3,000 sq. ft., there should be plenty of space for everyone without the house feeling crowded.

The community also has a pool, clubhouse, dog park, playgrounds, and waterfront access, along with kayak and bike rentals. It's conveniently located for getting into Baltimore while still offering a quieter suburban environment.

Total rent is around $3,500/month. With 3 people total, rent would average about $1,167/person before utilities, although I'm open to adjusting the split based on bedroom size, garage use, and other factors so that it's fair for everyone.

The property has a 2-car garage, which is one of the main reasons I'm interested in the house. I would like to have primary use of the garage, but I'm completely open to discussing parking/storage arrangements and adjusting my share of the rent accordingly.

I haven't signed a lease yet—I'm looking to find two responsible, clean, and respectful roommates first so we can make sure the living arrangement works for everyone before moving forward with the property.
