Seeking Queer-Friendly Roommates in Baltimore Area

We are seeking 1-2 roommates for our 2800 sq ft 4 bed, 2.5 bath 3-story townhome in Glen Burnie. The property includes a deck on the 2nd floor with a fledgling garden, a small fenced back yard with a patio, membership to the community pool, parking, and lots of green space nearby. Amenities include washer/dryer, central AC/heat, electric range. We have cats who are usually fairly social and one who is a social butterfly.

The community is very safe and relatively quiet. Neighbors are friendly and keep an eye out for each other. Some of them are quite social if you're so inclined.

The current household includes myself, my partner, and their partner, but the lattermost will be moving in a couple months. My partner and I are both polyamorous. I am AMAB, my partner is AFAB, and both of us are genderfluid, bisexual, demisexual, and neurodivergent.

We are both nerds of various types and while we enjoy the overlap, we both have our individual areas of interest. Feel free to ask for more details if you wish.

We keep a largely quiet house and stay relatively tidy. We have a friend or three over frequently, but we don't typically have large gatherings. We communicate as a household when we're having company over, and work together to make sure guests feel welcome and are taken care of.

The things we are looking for in a roommate are as follows:
-Relatively Tidy
-Poly and queer friendly (being either yourself is not a requirement)
-Strong communication skills
-Stable job
-Cats okay, but dogs are not
-Rodents, reptiles, fish, and other terrarium or aquarium-bound critters are okay as long as they stay in the rented room. (Snakes are okay, but no constrictors)
