I’m a healthcare advocate so I’m in the phone all day long .I vape in my bedroom for those that do too u can in your room. Anyway… I’m just easy going and chill. I have a bearded dragon.

Looking for a female moderately quiet/respectful of neighbors. I have large living room with large tv. Wood burning fire place. Large balcony. Dining room. Apartment is on the second floor (6 steps).No cats or dogs allowed. The bedroom has 2 large closets. One behind door and another on other side of bedroom. Bed is queen size electric adjustable bed and raises to sitting position. New linens, towels and pillows for the bedroom are available if needed. Nightstand , large 3 deep drawer dresser, the headboard has 2 hidden slide out 3 row slim shelves. Roku tv ,will need your own Roku account for apps. Large window with great sunlight. Private hall bathroom. I have tons of cooking spices, more than most. I have a lot of pots and pans. Apartment has dishwasher and garbage disposal. In unit washer/dryer, new fridge and stove. Prefer 6 month lease. Flexible. I have an August front door lock that is Bluetooth for keyless entry. You will get your own login to setup your phone to link with it. So when u walk up to the door it Auto Unlock’s for you! There is a locked apartment bldg main door and buzzer panel for all units. 
Background check mandatory that I will pay for.  marijuana is OK but all marijuana and cigarettes must be smoked outside on balcony.
I’m one min away from route 100 and 30 seconds way from route 10 that leads to 695 and 295. Grocery store , Dollar general, dollar tree walking distance across the street. Several options for food places. Walmart, BJS , ALDI are 3 mins down the road. Must have reliable job and own transportation.
The ad says I have 3 bedrooms I only have two it won’t let me change it. It’s a two bedroom apartment.
