The rentable wing is newly updated with its own privacy door and lock. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom have their own separate heating and cooling system for you to manage. These rooms get lovely southern exposure and are cozy in the winter months when you want to curl up in a spot of sunshine.
In addition to a full kitchen and laundry room, the house has a great room with a gas fireplace, large screened in back porch and large private backyard. Large, basement home gym will be completed in early 2026.
$1500 covers rent and a garage space
