Two bedrooms are available in a 3-bed, 1-bath duplex in Eastport, Annapolis. You can rent one room or both, so this works well for two friends moving in together.

One room is open now. The second room opens up November, when the current roommate moves out. Both rooms will be unfurnished.

The house has hardwood floors, a shared living room, a full kitchen, one shared bathroom, a front yard, a large backyard and plenty of parking. It's about a mile's walk to downtown Annapolis, with shops like Walgreens nearby.

You'd be sharing the house with one easygoing roommate who has been there for a while. We're looking for respectful, tidy working professionals or grad students. No pets and no smoking indoors. References required.
