Room for rent in House

We are a group of women who share the lease of a house. We have a spare room that is available for short term rent. It shares a bathroom with one of the roommates, and is located in the main floor. It is an 11x11 (121sft) room with the basics. There are two shared common areas and a kitchen on the main floor as well. There is also a back yard, a front yard, and a large deck.

We are hoping to house other women. We all lead very busy lives and are in and out of the home. I am the primary tenant, and I have my two young sons every other week. Depending on when you rent, they may be with me that week. We are all very friendly, welcoming, respectful, and chill. A couple of us have adhd so we’re also kind of goofy.
