3 Bedroom/ 2 bath Spacious Renovated Home with 2 living rooms bordering the Golden Gate Recreation Area.

The main floor: the Foyer, main Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, front and rear Decks with grand views, all with Brazilian Teak hardwood flooring. Professional appliances, double oven, a fireplace with wood burning stove, washer / dryer, Wireless internet, cable TV.

Total of 2 persons to be living here... me and you... There is 1 bedroom and possibly optional 2nd room available for 1 person, you. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, side tables and lamps. Optional second room with French Door opening into the front Deck and separate access. Please have regular work away from home during week.

I have the upper level with my own bedroom, bath, office and second living room area. We share kitchen and dining areas and will split utilities.
