Cozy room w/ private bath in gorgeous Sausalito

Small, cozy room with a private bath! Move in date flexible.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (water, sewer, garbage, electricity, WiFi, laundry. I’ve calculated half the average into the rent so we’re not having to split bills every month).

I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current one who wants to leave early from our lease expiring April 2023. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

The room is in our 2-bed 2-bath apartment on the second story of a Sausalito flat (house converted into 3 separate apartments).

3 blocks from the waterfront. 8-minute walk to downtown Sausalito. 12-minute drive to the edge of San Francisco, 30-minute drive to downtown SF. Walkable to the ferry or bus to SF.

Laundry shared with two other units right outside our door. I don’t have a dog but you can bring one! No cats please (allergies).

We have one designated parking spot that we can share. Otherwise there’s free street parking which you can always find within a half-block (we live on a hill).

I’m an exec asst WFH 2-3 days/week. I also run a small online business. I use all my own products in my home such as dish soap, cleaners, nutrition, skincare, etc. I’m very busy and someone who is too would fit in well. Personal growth is important to me. I’m always learning, so if you are too, we’ll get along great.

Open communication while respecting each other’s space is important, as well as a supportive environment. Good vibes only :) I like to cook sometimes. I don’t eat meat but it’s OK if you do. I’m not looking for a new best friend, but a friend so we’re comfortable living together :) it doesn’t mean we have to have everything in common. Since I work long hours, I don’t always have the energy or time to socialize. I strive to be uplifting and encouraging. Scheduled quality time such as a short walk on the weekend could help us maintain an open line of communication.

I’m fairly clean. I like to feel equal so we could rotate chores or do it organically. We can see what works between us.

I’m looking for another woman, professional or student, ideally young or middle-aged, who wants a comfortable place to live in one of the most beautiful and quaint gems of a city in the US. Seriously, you will feel like you hit the jackpot. I do.
