Quiet neighborhood situated close to downtown San Rafael and easy access to Highway 101. Thriving garden with fruit trees, outdoor seating, porch and patio. Off-street parking.

Washer/dryer plus big kitchen with gas stove. Bathroom is shared with one housemate. Smoke and fragrance-free environment. Two elderly cats in residence. Sorry, no other pets allowed. Water and garbage included in rent. Renter splits Internet and PG&E.

Bedroom Details: 10’ x 13’ with closet and east-facing windows with good natural light. Unfurnished or furnished; photos show current furnishings of armoire, dresser and low shelving.

I am a friendly middle-aged woman, financially secure with full-time job. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, hiking and dancing.
