Looking for the right woman to share the roomy second floor of a lovely 1930s house with hardwood floors and lots of windows. I've been renting here for 10 years. Quiet neighborhood situated 5 minute drive from downtown San Rafael and easy access to Highway 101. Thriving garden with fruit trees, outdoor seating, patio and porches.

Washer/dryer plus big kitchen with gas stove. Bathroom is shared with one housemate. Smoke and fragrance-free environment. Two elderly cats in residence. (Sorry, no other pets allowed.) Off-street parking.
Water and garbage included in rent. Renter pays Internet and PG&E.

Bedroom Details: 10’ x 13’ bedroom with closet and east-facing windows. Unfurnished or furnished; photos show current furnishings of armoire, dresser, single bed and low shelving.

I am a friendly middle-aged woman, financially secure with full-time job. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, hiking and dancing. You are a clean-living, responsible housemate that enjoys collaborative living. Looking for female renter.
