Large furnished private room available in a quiet, stable home in Novato. The room has its own exterior entrance, keypad entry, security light, queen bed, TV, sitting area, large closet, and blackout window coverings on all windows. A small folding table and chair can also be added if you would like a simple workstation.

Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry access. The home has a separate kitchen shared by the renters. This room has shared bathroom access with the homeowners.

The household is clean, respectful, and low-key. This is not a party house, and would be a good fit for someone who wants a calm place to land at the end of the day. We are looking for someone responsible, communicative, clean in shared spaces, and respectful of normal household quiet.

Single occupancy only. No smoking, no parties, and no additional pets. Cats live in the home, but are not allowed in the rented room. The home is not allergen-free, but the rented room is kept cat-free.
