I’m a 41-year-old freelance stylist with a busy schedule. I really value having a quiet, clean, stable, and predictable home environment. Home is a sanctuary for me — a place to recharge — so I keep things pretty low-key and peaceful.

I rarely host guests and am very respectful of shared space and boundaries. I’m hoping to live with someone who also appreciates a calm, drama-free household. I value a quiet, predictable home environment and prefer that guests are occasional, communicated in advance, and not a regular presence in the space.

I take a lot of pride in maintaining a peaceful, respectful home where both people can relax and recharge after a busy workday.

I have one cat, a 3-year-old Russ Blue Cat. She’s indoor-only, a little shy at first, but incredibly sweet and very well cared for. Her breed is known for very low shedding and being one of the more hypoallergenic cat breeds. She's also very quiet!

The Room
The available bedroom is approximately 13.3 ft x 12.5 ft (about 166 sq ft), making it quite spacious with good natural light. It comfortably fits a queen or king bed with additional furniture.

The layout of the apartment is 2 bed / 2 bath, which allows for comfortable separation and privacy between the rooms.

The roommate bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, making it a full bathroom primarily used by the roommate.
