We are renting a furnished one bedroom for one person in a beautiful ranch house on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the San Marin neighborhood of Novato. The 10 x 10 bedroom is carpeted and has a large closet with a full bed and a desk and chair. There is a separate shared bathroom with a fellow tenant.

The furnished common living areas, including a large kitchen, dining room, living room, garage with washer/dryer, and a huge yard will be shared by the entire household. There is street parking in front of the house. The house is located in a safe neighborhood close to downtown grocery shops and recreational area and has easy access to Highway 101 and public transportation.

We are a professional couple who work from home along with our other tenant and two Pug four-year old dogs. Rent is $1000 and includes electricity, water, heat, garbage, cable and high speed internet. Deposit $200. Please contact us to arrange to visit or for a virtual tour.
