Room for Rent – Female Preferred

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a room in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The unit has in-apartment laundry, and the entire place has been recently remodeled. The room is very spacious, has a built-in closet, and comes with a bathroom. Just a heads-up—the bathroom will be used by guests occasionally (though I don’t have people over often), but the shower is all yours.

A little about me: I work full-time and go to school, so I’m not home much. It’s just my boyfriend, my dog, and me. You must love dogs! I’m super chill and have plenty of experience living with roommates. You’re welcome to use anything in the kitchen and living room unless I say otherwise.

The apartment complex is really nice and includes a gym and pool. I don’t have a bunch of rules—just clean up after yourself and no bringing people over to smoke or drink. Overnight guests are totally fine; just give me a heads-up.

Rent: $1,700 + utilities.
