I currently live in a 2b2b apartment on Lincoln Ave, San Rafael. My roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take over her master bedroom. We're in a gated neighborhood with one parking spot. Your portion of rent is $1500 + utilities. It's a really spacious bedroom with Its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms are upstairs - downstairs is a big living/dining room with a full kitchen and dishwasher. Our apt will be on the second floor. The lease will be month to month. We have a small balcony and the laundry is shared with the gated community

This is a link to the official website of the apt complex. Every unit looks the same so you'll be in the Master Bedroom. There are photos and video. Your room will be unfurnished but there will be a TV and a dining set.

I am looking for someone (preferably female identifying) who works or studies or both! I'm fun and easy-going so if you're comfortable I'd love to get to know you. I am a busy graduate student working and going to school. My boyfriend comes to visit on some weekends - he's very quiet and friendly. We are very respectful and understanding. Alcohol friendly but no smoking in the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly. You can have visitors - we are all adults so just be respectful <3
