Hello.

I have a clean & nicely decorated home with BBQ grill, pool & washer & dryer. Parking on street or in driveway. Lots of storage for your personal items.
3 way split on home supplies, such as TP, Paper Towels, Garbage bags & cleaning supplies.
I am a local artist with an in-home art studio. I also take students on outdoor adventures. I travel quite a bit. Other roomie is a business professional. works M-F 5 to 3ish.
House Rules:
#1. Must LOVE animals, especially dogs (even though we only have 1 fish named Tank).
#2. No smoking or vaping. No Drugs
#3. No casual overnight guest & must be respectful of other tenants by approving ahead of time. This should NOT be a regular visitor.
#4. Keep shared spaces clean

There is NO drama here, we eat, sleep, work & play.

First month's rent plus security deposit is due at signing. Security deposit can be made in 3 payments.

Pet Rent- 50.00 month. I have a fenced pool, dog & cat doors, bathing station & plenty of love provided. carpet cleaning is deducted from security deposit after
Any pets considered must be well-behaved, get along with other pets & visitors. Current vaccine records.
