I'm looking for a roommate for my home

Hello. Im looking for a roommate for my home in West Phoenix near 51 St Ave and Mcdowell area. I'm close to freeway access, public transportation, grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants. The atmosphere in my home is friendly, clean and well maintained. We love animals, we have a pet friendly home with a fenced back yard for pets to explore and play. Here's what's included: utilities, off street parking, on site laundry facility, free wifi, unlimited use of all common areas including living room, kitchen, bathroom, front and back yard, and laundry facilities. The room is furnished/unfurnished. Im looking for a roommate that is friendly, drama free, and cleanliness is a must! I currently have 2 rooms for rent. I have a move in special right now offering half off the rent. The first room is 700 monthly. The move in is 350total for that room for the first month. the second room is a small room big enough for 1 person comfortably at 400 monthly. The total move in is 200 for that room for the first month.
