Washer/ Dryer, new Appliances and brand new bathroom.

Owner is in Europe most of the time, here every other month. A responsible person is desired with no DRAMA, NO MESS, NO FUSS. Reliable, Honest, Integrity are required Character Traits.

The Property is ALWAYS quite and clean - AND MUST remain this way. THERE IS A REQUIRED CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR SHARED AREAS. **NOTE***The KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS must ALWAYS REMAIN SPOTLESS CLEAN.

NO maid service is provided - you are REQUIRED to maintain top-notch hygiene and cleaning standards in shared areas. Food storage in your room is NOT ALLOWED at any time. This is a home not a boarding school.

MALE APPLICANT MUST BE A RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS EMPLOYMENT OR IS A FULL TIME STUDENT/ STUDENT.

Pool Parties are welcome.. Renting the Club House from the HOA is allowed for events.
