Space is a studio type arrangement approximately 500 ft with shared bathroom. Renter would sleep on comfortable day bed in studio style set up and my bedroom would be locked while I am away.

Perfect for a responsible, conscientious hard working female professional who only needs to bring her toothbrush. I am rarely home (usually traveling), so roommate would have space mostly to herself except for my monthly visits to apt for one week every month or two. Laundry (washer & dryer) on same floor.

Priced significantly below market value for comparable fully furnished apartment bc I do want occasional access to unit and place to stay when I am in NYC. Free wifi included. Asking 1 month security deposit and 6 month to 1-year lease. Price includes all utilities - water, gas, Wifi, except for ConEdison electric bill to be prorated based on usage.
