Yorkville Jr. 1 bedroom for rent

I’m looking for someone to move into my jr 1 bedroom (separate room, no door) in Yorkville. I am moving due to work.

It is rent stabilized, so all utilities except WiFi included, and there is a laundry room in the building. The building is maintained well. The apartment is a 4th floor walk up, one block from the M79 bus stop on Ave 1 and 79th st, and a 12 ish minute walk to the Q and 6 train. There is also a mail room. I have never had any bug or rodent issues, it’s a great neighborhood with a nice community!

I am looking to keep the apartment for now. Lease renews in October so if you want to stay I would re-sign for you. The apartment can come partially furnished (small pull out couch, kitchen island/butcher block, microwave, toaster oven, curtains, bed, desk- whatever you would like to keep in the apartment with you honestly!)

My ideal stat would be mid Jan, if you need it sooner I can accommodate :)
