Available for mid Dec or Jan move in. Very large four bedroom and one bathroom apartment with a huge private roof deck and garden, for only $1050 + utilities per month. Utilities range from $100-$150 per month per person. The apartment has a large common area with views of 92nd street, a large dining table, bar, TV, and multiple couches.

Current tenants are young professionals and a grad student of mixed gender ages 24-29. We enjoy hanging out together after work, but respect each other's privacy and have social lives outside of the apartment.

2nd Avenue and the surrounding area is full of lively restaurants, bars, and coffee shops with outdoor seating, but the side streets are largely quiet and residential. The apartment is two blocks from the Q train at 96th street and 5 blocks from Central Park. The underrated Carl Schurz Park and the East 90th street ferry stop are just a ten minute walk away.
