Sublet: bright one bedroom apartment on Q train

My one bedroom apartment is located on 83rd St and 2nd Avenue, just a minute walk from the Q subway station, and about 10 minutes from 4, 5, and 6 trains.

I'm a college professor, and looking for tenants who will enjoy the space and the area, but also be responsible and respectful of my home.

The apartment is on the 5th and last floor of a walkup building (no elevator). It has plenty of natural light in the living room. It's quiet.

The apartment is fully furnished and is kept very clean. The kitchen is spacious.

You will be responsible for internet ($79.99) and gas/electric (around 120$ usually). Water and heat are included in the rent.

The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the area.

There is no dishwasher, and no washer/dryer in the apartment nor the building, but there are laundromats nearby.

The sublet is available between December 13th, 2024 and January 15th, 2025 (with some flexibility).
