- Great location at 96th street and 3rd Avenue: 1 block from 6 train subway and newly opened Q train, 3 blocks from Central Park, neighborhood with multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bars nearby
- Rent is $1,437 + $80 for utilities (electricity and high speed internet - no cable)
- The new roommate will be assuming responsibility for 1/3 of our current lease. Please note that the management company requires leasee to make an annual salary of at least $60,000 and there is a comprehensive paperwork process before move-in can happen.

The Roommates:
-Two mid-30s professional women (one American who works in contemporary art and a Taiwanese-American woman who works in real estate)
- We are looking for an English-speaking female roommate (age 30+) who is responsible, clean, relaxed, positive and friendly (bonus if you are environmentally conscious!)
- We want the new roommate to feel comfortable in the apartment and someone who is looking to make this their home for the forseeable future
- No drug use, tobacco use or pets please
