Smaller side but has a full-sized bed, two closets, small built-in desk, rug, lamp, and a view of sky.

Half a block from all the major train lines: A/B/C/D/E/F/M and 1/9. Very close to Washington Square Park (1.5 blocks) and the River Esplanade (4 blocks).

Share with 1.5 roommates (it's a three bedroom). One full-time and one part-time. Both work on-site most of the time. Considerate, respectful, friendly and mature female professionals. Looking for same.

Apartment is (relatively) spread out, kitchen is on the smaller side, and sharing one bathroom. So we agree to limit our guests.

4th floor but we get sunlight, the sky views, relative quiet, built-in fitness.

Best location for Village charm and history, restaurants, jazz clubs, comedy clubs, live music, green space and river nearby.
