West Village - furnished gem - walkup

Quiet, sunny, furnished West Village room opening up in the best part of the neighborhood. A half block from 1/9 and A/B/C/D/E/F/M trains -- and just over a block from Washington Square Park. Hudson River Esplanade (miles long park on the riverfront) is just four blocks.

The apt: Classic pre-war Greenwich Village. Bedrooms are spread out so there's some privacy. But still NYC sized. Must be okay with stairs (4 flights), but we have sky views & sunlight & built-in fitness.

The room: Newly painted with a new trundle bed and hybrid /memory foam mattresses, desk (that collapses when you want more space), dresser, built-in shelves, and a floor-to-ceiling closet just outside the room.

The roommates: Share with 1.5 (one full-time, one who is part-time; it's a three bedroom). Both are busy, mature, professional women who are friendly, but respectful of each other's space and quiet needs -- and we very much limit guests.

Looking for a considerate, kind, mature professional. Ideally someone who works on-site. (WFH is possible a few days a week, not realistically a WFH full-time situation.)

Small kitchen but we do cook/ have most supplies. But it's a great neighborhood for relatively affordable ready-to-eat; can show you the finds.

Utilities: Included except for ConEd, which runs ~$35/each a month, but spikes with AC. Cable/live TV also extra.
