Paying It Forward A Private Studio In West Village

Ladies and Gents. I have a private studio available for sublease. I’d never consider this however. This new year has been blessing me non stop and it’s it’s truly time to pay it forward.

This sleek minimalist studio design has gotten me thru both some tough times, and some beautiful ones. I completed my masters degree in Forensics (Mental Health Counseling) and while I thrived in the program, the all nighters, the grown man tears, etc… all worth it. I completed my degree Fall 2025 and am set to take on the workforce in just a few short weeks.

I also just became a Fiancé and we decided I’d pack 90% of my belongings and move in. This beautiful studio comes with a custom Murphy bed (customized to the apartment) a mounted 50” flat screen TV, and air conditioner (though I doubt you’d need that till this ice age is over) a working station, a printer. High speed internet, and neighbors you’ll hardly run into.

There are TOO many strange people in New York post pandemic so naturally meeting in person and just getting a sense of who you are is what me and my fiancé are looking for. I’m not asking for the things a Relator would because quite frankly I’m not a real estate agent. I am asking for 3 things: A currently credit score, (within the last month) 2: That you be a
Professional or a student ( as in have a source of income for the month). There’s no down payment because the rent would have to be paid before you can have the liberty of walking around in your birthday suit.. (okay maybe that’s just me, apologies). lol. 3. BE NORMAL. I know it’s subjective but if you know What weird it.. than you she some sense of Adulting!

This WEST VILLAGE GROUND FLOOR STUDIO has a security system to ensure you safe (with an access code and all that greatness) I realized short term stays have been most popular so simply take monthly rent and divide it by 4. That would allow you a 7 day stay.

Perks: live in super. Laundry in the basement and ladies a couple of studs in the building, and gentlemen, I have a feeling this building only use to accept models 🤣😭 . To continue in issues every arose my fiancé and I live in the neighborhood and you can always ensure they may (insert hypothetical here) would be resolved in a timely manner. This unit is also steps away from ACE&L train and an avenue away from the 123. Basically you have no excuse to be late to work lol. It’s the west village. So there’s good eats EVERYWhere.

I have pet peeve where I know the inquiry is legit if the person is VERIFIED On this app. But if you inquire without being verified I’ll still answer but I’ll assume your lowkey an Artificial Intelligence.

Please note: I had to have 2 jobs (pretty high paying) and (2 guarantors to solidify thjs apartment) this our little rascal and he just got a face Lift. New paint Job. Sound proof curtain (reduced noise by 15-20%) and the Murphy bed but is where… you can. You know) and then it’s done you put it back up and have a little dance party.
