** you will not find something more perfect in terms of the neighborhood and price here in the West Village** I have called hotels, researched comps and this is a STEAL OF A DEAL It’s also pretty gender neutral.. in my opinion it’s masculine style may cater more to men, but women please inquire to because there’s also a security system that will keep everyone safe :) **
