I am subletting my studio in a West Village doorman building for the dates of January 10 to March 10. These dates are somewhat flexible in either direction. The price is ~$3.8K/mo, all included, and will be well stocked.

I have been living here for many years and this is my home. I'm looking for a preferably white-collar professional to sublet to during my absence.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a doorman and elevator building on Washington St, literally a stones throw from the WSH. It is a beautiful, street facing location and super quiet. You're close to all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away to not be disturbed.

Apartment has a work station, and you will have 1 full closet to yourself. My belongings will remain in the other closet.

This may be well suited for someone who is moving to NYC and needs leeway to find an apt, or is keen on living here for a few months.

Requires 1mo security deposit and sublet contract ahead of move in. You can view the unit if you're in NYC.

I'm looking for someone I can trust, is responsive to messages, and will treat my home with care.
